The fundraising is part of our VSO preparation.
As many of you know, we will leave for Tanzania in december.
My main role as a gynecologist will be to train medical staff (local doctors, midwifes, nurses) in managing acute obstetric situations and emergencies and establish sustainable changes (new guidelines, low cost projects) in order to reduce maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.
VSO isn’t just saving mothers and newborn lives in Tanzania. They are improving the health, education, and livelihoods of the some of the world’s poorest communities in 26 countries, therefore your contribution will be valuable into changing people’s lives.
