We are a Ukrainian Project Foundation that cooperates with the construction company Terra Construction B.V. We have the desire and the opportunity to build fast refugee houses from SIP panels at a price that is twice as cheap as the market price - only 1100€ per 1m2. We are willing to donate our earnings, but the funds we raise here are needed for materials and salaries.

Such houses are also characterized by energy efficiency, they retain heat well in winter - and therefore it saves gas.

With the money collected we plan to buy a plot of land and build 45 apartments with an area of ​​40 m2 for poor families from Ukraine.

A kindergarten, an employment office for Ukrainians who do not know the language and a restaurant serving Ukrainian cuisine are planned on the 1st floor. We plan to build in the Rotterdam region, in the city of the emigrants, where it is easiest for Ukrainians to find work.

The apartments go to those whose houses were destroyed by Russian missiles and they have nowhere to go back.

Construction will take approximately 3-6 months, we will post the completed house here on the website for your review.

If this fundraiser is successful, we will build more such homes later with your help.
