This week I will take on a new challenge and will hike 95km in 5 days in the Mountains of Sarek National park, part of Swedish Lapland 🏞️. Doing so, I want to raise funds for Wildlife! The NGO Ubuntu Wildlife Santuary in South Africa (which I have been supporting and in close contact with the past 3 years) 🦁 is in desperate need of an irrigation system 💦(with a costs over 15K) to protect their lions on the farm against wildfires 🔥 Join me on this trailblazing tour and help raising money for each hiked km!! All help appreciated!

UWS: https://ubuntuwild.com/about-us/
UWS, is a remarkable organization dedicated to rescuing and providing a safe haven for animals that were once in places of despair around the world. Currently, they shelter and care for 17 majestic lions and tigers, giving them a second chance at life. These animals were saved from cruel conditions, abuse, and neglect, and now rely on our support to thrive in their new home.
But UWS' mission does not stop there. They have also recently established a predator bird rehabilitation and rescue center. This extension of their work ensures that birds of prey, which often face various challenges, are given the care and attention they need to recover and, when possible, be released back into the wild.
However, taking care of these incredible animals is an immense responsibility that requires significant resources. That is why I am reaching out to you today. I am humbly asking for your support to make a donation towards this cause and help UWS continue their life-saving work.
Your contribution, no matter how small, can make a world of difference in providing food, shelter, and medical care for these animals. It will also support the ongoing efforts to rehabilitate predator birds and release them back into their natural habitats. UWS relies solely on donations, and without the support of kind-hearted individuals like yourself, they simply cannot continue their crucial work.
By sponsoring my hike, you will be giving hope and a brighter future to these animals. Your generosity will directly impact the welfare of African Wildlife.
Every dollar counts, and your support will be deeply appreciated—both by me and the animals that I am hiking for.
Together, let's make a positive change and support UWS in their mission to create a better world for these magnificent creatures. Thank you for considering this cause and for your generosity.
Sarek Area; https://www.sverigesnationalparker.se/en/choose-park---list/sarek-national-park/
Mountains higher than 2,000 metres and almost 100 glaciers. Long, deep, narrow valleys and wild, turbulent waters. A tortuous delta landscape. A high alpine area where the Sami people have lived from time immemorial. Completely lacking in comfortable accommodations. This is where visitors and the wild World Heritage Site meet.
