Wij hebben jullie hulp nodig, nouja niet wij, maar een hondje genaamd Jack! Ze woont momenteel op de straten van het eiland Koh Lipe in Thailand.

Op onze vakantie daar was het meteen liefde op het eerste gezicht. We waren onafscheidelijk en wisten al snel dat zij met ons mee naar Nederland moest. Helaas is dit niet zo makkelijk te regelen en kost het ook een hoop centen.

Ons hondje was al bekend bij de bevolking, maar er is niemand die haar wil vanwege haar slechte huid en wilde haren. De toeristen om ons heen zeiden zelfs dat het een vieze hond was die je geen aandacht moest geven. Ze kreeg wel regelmatig medicatie hiervoor van de stichting Animal Care Lipe. Samen met hen en Halfway House doen wij ons best om haar naar NL te krijgen. Haar huidje is al een stuk beter dan een jaar terug maar wanneer zij stress heeft gaat het mis. Momenteel is het laagseizoen daar, wat betekent: weinig toeristen, weinig eten voor de honden en meer stress.

Daarom heeft zij snel een liefdevol en stressvrij thuis nodig waarin wij haar alles kunnen geven!

We need your help.. well in fact, there is a dog called Jack who needs your help. Currently she is living on the streets of the island Koh Lipe, based in Thailand.

While our holiday we immediately fell in love with her. We knew she had to come home with us. Unfortunately this costs a lot of money and patience. We need to get her to the main land, to a vet who can give her all the required vaccinations and a chip. After 3 months she is allowed to fly.

She was always sleeping in the sand under the bungalow in front of us. Nobody really looked after her. This is because her very bad skin condition, which you can see on the photos. The tourists around us even said she was a gross dog which you have to avoid.

Together with some friends of the foundation Animal Care Lipe and Halfway House we talked about the adoption options and they are doing everything they can. They knew Jack already and gave her some injections for her skin. Unfortunately this is stress related. They said she is not a real street dog. All she needs is a lovely home and someone who look after her, so her skin will get better.
